Many of the products produced by Exotic Hardwoods + Veneers can contribute to credits under the USGBC’s LEED ® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program. Credits which may apply include:

  • MR5 Regional Materials
    Use materials manufactured within 500 miles of the project location.

  • MR7 Certified Wood
    Use FSC Certified wood products

  • IEQ4.4 Low-Emmitting Materials
    Use composite wood products containing no added urea formaldehyde
